Facilitated by Leading4Impact (formerly Health in Common) a non-profit planning and evaluation organization, this 1.5 hour workshop will help you strategically plan your programming and design an evaluation at the front end that provides a shared understanding of your program’s intended impact and how it will be measured. You will learn the basics of program evaluation, including logic model and evaluation framework development, and receive sample tools and resources to help you assess the impact of your programs or services.

Leading4Impact will be presenting a follow up workshop at our conference in March on making information relevant and accessible; allowing you to engage others and better tell the story of your program. You will learn about preparing and communicating findings clearly, making information accessible and in plain language, as well as receive template reports and 1-pagers.

You do not have to attend both seminars.
