Registration and Cancellation Policy

Registration Policy:

  • Full payment must be received within 2 weeks (10 business days) of registering or 2 weeks (10 business days) prior to the beginning of the event, whichever comes first.  Failure to pay by this deadline will result in your registration being cancelled. 
  • An active RCM membership is required to receive the member’s rate for courses and trainings.  If your membership expiry date is prior to the start date of the course/training you must renew your membership in order to receive the discount.
  • Returned cheques (NSF) will be charged an additional $45 fee.

Cancellation and Refunds Policy:

  • RCM reserves the right to cancel workshops/courses.  No administrative fees will be charged and a full refund will be issued to all registrants.
  • A full refund less a 20% administrative fee will be issued provided written notification of cancellation is received by the RCM office no later than ten (10) business days before the start of the workshop/course.
  • Registrations may be transferred to another individual up until ten (10) business days before the start of the workshop/course.  The difference in registration fees will be charged if the transfer occurs between a member and a non-member. 
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within ten (10) business days of the course start date.
  • Refunds for medical circumstances will be made on compassionate grounds.
